Visiting Architect | Ilze Wolff
The Architecture department welcomes South African architect and author Ilze Wolff for a roundtable discussion and lecture about her practice. Wolff and her partner Heinrich Wolff lead Wolff, a design studio and architectural practice focused on design, advocacy, research and documentation. She also co-founded Open House Architecture in 2007, a transdisciplinary research practice she continues to direct along with Wolff. Wolff projects have been included in such international exhibitions as the Venice Architecture Biennale, Shenzhen Biennale of Architecture and Urbanism and the Chicago Architectural Biennale.
This is the first event in a series supported by the Cannon Foundation and organized by 2018 Design Research Seed Fund recipient Emanuel Admassu, an assistant professor in the Architecture department.
