RISD LEADS - SE Greenhouse

Featuring: Panel Discussion with Social Enterprise Greenhouse including Micheal Brown, Kim Anderson, and Joe Hearn

Moderated by: Kelly Ramirez, CEO Social Enterprise Greenhouse (Biography)

How do artists and designers better position themselves? Around the globe, there are tens of
thousands of social entrepreneurs addressing problems such as hunger, job training, education and
healthcare. These social entrepreneurs are not just working toward the public good, they are running financially sustainable businesses! In Rhode Island, hundreds of entrepreneurial leaders are already having a significant impact on our community. Meet and converse with local social entrepreneurs in a panel discussion and brainstorm session moderated by SE Greenhouse CEO, Kelly Ramirez. Panelists will discuss how they got started on their journey, ways to access
local resources, and the concept of merging profit and passion to empower entrepreneurial leadership.
