RISD in Rome: EHP Information Session with Former Chief Critic Gabriel Feld

Faculty-lead information session hosted by former Chief Critic Gabriel Feld, Professor in Architecture.

RISD in Rome: EHP is a semester long pre-graduation residency program established in 1966 and based at Palazzo Cenci in the historical center of Rome. Open to all Junior and Senior students from all RISD departments and Fine Arts Concentrators at Brown University, RISD in Rome: EHP offers a self-directed studio-based, semester-long experience, committed to an immersive and global engagement that creates deep connections between studio practice and multidisciplinary site specific art and design projects.

Students interested in working within a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment that will expand their work in new directions, can incorporate through EHP new disciplinary approaches, and engage in a residency experience that will challenge them to move beyond specific equipment, materials and techniques to respond instead to local sources, resources and knowledge to inform their work. The selected group of students from various departments are immersed in art, architecture, design, and history throughout Rome, Italy, and beyond.
