Come take a deep dive with us into the Fulbright grant process and find out what makes a competitive proposal. We will review the process and timeline including how to apply through RISD, and we will discuss each application component with a focus on the statement of grant purpose and affiliation development. In addition to developing a feasible, compelling and relevant independent study/research project with a primary focus on engaging with the community and cultural exchange, applicants are responsible for establishing host country affiliations. At this Workshop you will benefit from the group advising setting as you can learn from others’ questions and concerns, and receive feedback on your ideas. If you aren’t yet familiar with the program, please watch the Overview and Arts Study/Research Award Tutorials before the Workshop: http://us.fulbrightonline.org/tutorials
