Eat + Learn
In celebration of Earth Day, RISD Dining is collaborating with local fishermen, farmers and chefs to highlight sustainable local food sources with a free food demo and tasting. Featured guests include Schartner Farms, Walrus & Carpenter Oysters, Fisherman Steve Arnold, Chef Derek Wagner from Nick’s on Broadway, Chef Jake Rojas from Tallulah’s Taqueria, Eat Drink RI and Chefs Collaborative. Come taste the flavors of New England and learn more about sustainable foods! This event is free and open to the public.
