Someday I’ll Write It: A Workshop for RISD Undergraduate Writers

Writing takes time, and let’s face it, that’s something we all have very little of in Fall and Spring. This Wintersession, take time to really explore, expand, and enjoy your writing. What kind of writing? Any kind of writing, but maybe writing that’s a little more experimental, a little less finished than what you write for classes. That poem in your sketchbook? Those notes about your latest studio work? That moment you can’t stop thinking about and you just need to record? And don’t just write it, share it. In this workshop setting, we will read excerpts of our writing and engage each other’s feedback to imagine new possibilities for expression.
